Why You Need A Photographer?
Nowadays everyone has nice mobile with best lenses, also starting realizing how hard it is to capture important events. Only with a IPhone can hardly get you impressive photos.
Most of ambient lights of the event venues are not built for photography. Mobile's camera doesn't cover these situations.
That's why you should need a photographer to take care your nice events. It's my duty to breakthrough the limits and help you handle lights and pose guide.
01 Budget
Get a quote first! It's okay to bargin.
It'd be excellent to provide some info and needs about your events and you'll get more specific quote.
If your budget is limited, feel free to let us know if we can adjust details for your unique events.

Precautions
Step 1 Pre-processing
【Complete reservation 5 days before the shooting date】
➤ Discuss the shooting duration and details with the customer
➤ Complete the quotation
【5 days before the shooting date - before the shooting date】
➤Pay a deposit of 40% 5 days before the shooting date
➤The customer provides the photographer with the rundown information and the location of the event, and both parties confirm the meeting point
➤Customers provide activity key record requirements
Step 2: Shooting
【Photography Day】
➤Execute the shooting
➤ If required, 10~15 photos of press release will be provided on the same day
[First draft: within 10 working days from the date of completion of filming]
➤ Submit the first draft
➤ If there are no revisions to the first draft, the customer pays the balance 60%
➤ You can only make a brief edit to the information that must or cannot be revealed during the event, and the maximum modification time is 1
➤Photographer reveals the finished product
[Second draft: within 3 working days from the date of receiving feedback on revisions to the first draft]
➤Submit the second draft
➤ If there are no revisions in the second draft, the customer pays the balance of 60%
➤Photographer reveals the finished product
Step.3 Submission
➤The photos of the day were screened by the photographer and then simply edited (light adjustment, color adjustment, etc.)
➤ Specifications are all electronic JPEG image files with a resolution of 72ppi and a pixel count of no less than 20 million pixels.
➤ If you need to publish a press release, please inform us in advance. We can provide 10 to 15 retouched photos on the day of the photo shoot.
➤ No retouched photos are provided
Possible additional costs
➤Travel expenses:GoTravel fees will be charged for filming outside Kaohsiung
➤Invoice: Quoted fee + 5%
➤ Urgent: Submit the first draft within 3 days from the date of completion of the shooting + 2000
➤ Purchase of raw film: Provide the unretouched raw film file (RAW) on the day of shooting + 2000

Precautions
Step 1 Pre-processing
【Complete reservation 14 days before the shooting date】
➤ Understand the shooting project and theme with the customer
➤Complete preliminary quotation
➤ Including deposit payment 14 days before the shooting date 40%
➤The customer meets with the photographer to discuss shooting props, clothing, and time
➤Once you decide on the shooting time, you can change it as many times as you want without any additional charges.
【3 days before the shooting date】
➤ Complete the shooting plan and sign the contract 3 days before the shooting date (electronic signing is possible)
Step 2: Shooting
【Photography Day】
➤Execute the shooting
➤Pay the balance on the day of shooting
➤After the shooting is completed, the photographer will provide the client with the rough film for screening, and the day for screening the rough film is completed. N
【Within N+15 days】
➤ Submit the first draft (urgent documents should be submitted within N+5 days)
➤ Provide details modification 1 time
[Within N+20 days]
➤Submit the second draft (urgent cases will be submitted in N+10 days)
➤ Finalization of submission
➤ Release the finished product
Step.3 Submission
➤20 photos were retouched (lighting, color correction, etc.)
➤10 photos have been finely retouched (light adjustment, color adjustment, liquefaction, skin beautification)
➤All photos are edited by myself
➤All specifications are electronic JPEG image files, with two resolutions available:
➤ Suitable for social platforms: resolution of 72ppi, no less than 20 million pixels
➤ Suitable for other platforms and output products: resolution is 120ppi, pixels are not less than 20 million pixels
➤ Raw images are provided without cropping.
Additional costs
➤ Cost per person: 3 people need to pay an additional fee, each person + NT 500
➤ Venue fee: If you rent a shed from outside, you need to pay for the rental fee
➤ Makeup and hair expenses: Provide makeup artist quotes according to customer needs
➤ Travel expenses: actual expenses, if there are other expenses, we will discuss them in a meeting
➤Props and costumes: hold a meeting with the customer to discuss who will purchase the props and costumes. The customer is advised to try on the costumes by himself.
➤ Overtime fee: NT$2,000 per hour
➤Additional photo purchase: NT 200 for a simple photo; NT 500 for a refined photo
➤ Urgent: First draft within 5 days + NT$2,000
➤ Purchase of raw film: Provide the unretouched file of the day of shooting + NT$2,000
