Why You Need A Photographer?
Nowadays everyone has nice mobile with best lenses, also starting realizing how hard it is to capture important events. Only with a IPhone can hardly get you impressive photos.
Most of ambient lights of the event venues are not built for photography. Mobile's camera doesn't cover these situations.
That's why you should need a photographer to take care your nice events. It's my duty to breakthrough the limits and help you handle lights and pose guide.
01 Budget
Get a quote first! It's okay to bargin.
It'd be excellent to provide some info and needs about your events and you'll get more specific quote.
If your budget is limited, feel free to let us know if we can adjust details for your unique events.

How long after the event will I receive the finished product?
Photos will be provided in approximately 10 days, and videos in approximately 20 days.
The finished product of the two-dimensional motion record only undergoes light adjustment and color adjustment.
During peak season, photographers may extend the lead time when quoting prices.
If you wish to receive the finished product earlier, you can pay extra to arrange expedited delivery.
Can I get the photo first?
We can release 15 retouched photos within 2 hours after the event shoot ends.
These photos are welcome to be shared online to keep them trending.
I have some thoughts after seeing the first draft. Is there a chance to revise it?
Of course! We will provide a revised version within 5 days after each confirmation of feedback.

Without changing the style, you can make one modification to target information or scene flaws that you don't want to show.
【video】
Two free revisions are available. A revision fee will be charged starting from the third revision.
Before submitting the first draft, the editor will provide storyboard footage.
Storyboard shots are not counted in the number of revisions! Please feel free to explain any major revisions to the editor here.
What do we need to do before the event starts?
【About the process】
The photographer will discuss the shooting location with you and inquire about the event's schedule before the shoot.
Asking about so many details was all in order to capture the most diverse scenes in the short time available.
【About shooting】
The photographer will confirm the event venue with you.
Whether shooting behaviors such as "flash, shutter sound, and moving through the space" are allowed.
【About transportation】
If the event venue has special traffic routes and parking rules (such as license changes and fees), be sure to inform the photographer in advance.
What equipment are you using?
Haoju Photography always carries a professional Sony camera, as well as a backup camera, to ensure high shooting stability.
When shooting conditions permit, we also use flash to achieve higher quality lighting and skin tones. Please be sure to discuss the shooting conditions for your event with the photographer.

Important Notes
Step.1 Preparation
Make a reservation 14 days before the expected shooting date.
➤Listen to your needs, including your expected theme.
➤We'll provide the quote to you
➤Before locking in your expected date, we just need a 40% of the total as deposit first.
➤Once deposit received, we'll schedule a time to discuss with you on shooting props, clothings, and time.
➤Once you decide on the shooting time, you can change it as many times as you want without any surcharges.
3 days before the expected shooting date.
➤We'll provide an arranged shooting plan and double-check all previously discussed details.
Step.2 Shooting
Shooting Day
➤Lets' do our best to capture lovely moment!
➤When the shooting is done, it comes to paying the balance.
➤We'll send you a set of unedited photos (low resolution files), and have you select your expected photos to be edited. The day you finish selection is N-Day.
Within N+15 days
➤Provide the links to our results. (within N+5 days for express service)
➤Feel free to tell us if find something bothers you, we're good to edit once.
Within N+20 days
➤Provide the links to our edited results. (within N+10 days for express service)
➤We'll upload the results on our site if accepted. If it bother you, feel free to tell us.
Step.3 Delivery details
➤20 basic retouched photos (lighting fix, color tone grading, and basic retouching)
➤10 extensive retouched photos (lighting fixing, color tone grading, liquifying, skin texture fixing.)
➤All photos are edited by myself
➤The images are all JPEG files with 2 sizes of resolution.
➤Suitable for social apps: resolution of 72ppi with minimum 20,000,000px.
➤Suitable for other media or print: resolution of 120ppi with minimum 20,000,000px.
➤Unedited photos are provided with uncropped RAW files.
Possible additional costs
➤Number of people: more than 3 people may apply surcharge NTW500 for each person.
➤Studio rental: it may surcahrge you the rental fee if you prefer shooting in studio.
➤Make up and style: it may surcharge you if it's needed
➤Traffic allowance: it's based on actual expenses.
➤Props and clothings: we'll discuss who's going to preprare each of them. It's highly recommanded the clients try on their own.
➤Overtime fee: NTW2,000 per hour.
➤Additional photo: NT200 for a basic retouched photo; NT500 for an extensive retouched photo.
➤Express service: providing the results within 5 business days, and 10 business days for re-edited results will be charged NTW2,000.
➤Raw files: Providing the unedited raw files of the shooting day will be charged NT$2,000.
