The Weiwuying Youth Theater Camp is celebrating its tenth year, once again bringing together participants from all over Taiwan to step into the world of theater. This year’s theme is the “Space-Time Customer Service Center,” where everyone’s timeline will come to a halt as they remain within the theatrical universe. Only after fully enjoying the experience will they be able to return to their own lives.

Weiwuying invited a group of international teaching artists to lead a series of workshops and a two-day forum, offering diverse perspectives on arts education. The program delved into crucial issues such as educational resources for modern youth, the elderly, and social justice in rural areas. More than a hundred artists gathered in a warm and engaging atmosphere to exchange ideas and share insights.

Kaohsiung Public Library hosted a series of events inviting experts and speakers from various fields to engage readers of all ages with traffic safety through books and reading. The program featured storytelling sessions, guided reading tours, themed book exhibitions, workshops, theatre performances, and city lectures.

Commissioned by National Pingtung University, Hush Orange Photography documented the 2024 Pilot Program on Counseling and Support for College Students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders and Autism. Over the course of a year, we recorded the journeys of students with special needs—capturing their growth from the very beginning of the program through to its conclusion. For Hush Orange, this was a profoundly meaningful and significant project to preserve on film.

National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology proudly celebrated its 7th anniversary, once again featuring a student-produced musical performance. This year, Hush Orange Photography was commissioned to document the three-month rehearsal journey leading up to the final stage presentation. Xiangzuo Theatre has teamed up with the Weiwuying National Center for the Arts to hold a five-day youth drama camp. This year's theme is "Fill in Your Youth Story". The course is coordinated by Xiangzuo's head troupe leader, Huang Qisheng, who will work with professional teachers to lead students to experience courses both in front of and behind the scenes of the theatre, and create a performance together in the end.

Shinezone Theatre, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and Taipei National University of the Arts, brought diverse artistic experiences into the classrooms of three elementary schools and two junior high schools. Through everyday subjects, students discovered that art is, in fact, everywhere.

National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology celebrated the 6th anniversary of its merger by continuing its annual tradition of inviting renowned theatre troupes to perform alongside talented students on this special day. This year, the acclaimed Kaohsiung musical company, Song Song Song Musical Theater, was invited to stage the inspiring production “Imagining the Future.”

This year, Xiangzuo Theatre will host the third literary script adaptation workshop organized by the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts – Weiwuying.
